Which photos can I use?

Upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP photo up to 15 MB. A clear photo helps us capture the people and pets you love.

When should I order?

Allow 3 to 5 business days to make your magnets, then 3 to 7 business days for U.S. delivery. Order at least 3 weeks before you sail. Read our shipping policy.

Can I make different designs for our group?

Yes. Create a magnet for each photo you'd like to use, then add each finished design to your cart.

What if I'm not happy with my magnet?

Our 30-day refund policy covers both ready-made and custom magnets. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We ask for a photo of your magnets cut into pieces before we process a full refund. We do not offer exchanges. Read our refund policy.
